Follow the actual phase and error: pending DNS requires a verification check, while a source build failure requires fixing the reported code or configuration. When reconciliation is explicitly required, use one confirmed operation_reconcile with the original operation ID and a saved request key. Pending reconciliation means poll that operation; exhausted recovery means report it rather than create a new deployment to bypass the limit. Use feedback_submit for a suspected bug, issue or feature request. Retain its acknowledgment ID and include only a minimal reproduction and safe operation/error identifiers.
