The API, CLI and MCP return source_snapshot_too_large with HTTP 413. Repeating the same request unchanged does not help.

What to do

Use safe repository-relative paths and a bounded source snapshot. Keep generated outputs and large media outside the source tree. If the steps above do not resolve it, report it with the request_id from the error.
