The API, CLI and MCP return confirmation_invalid with HTTP 409. Repeating the same request unchanged does not help.

What to do

The confirmation token does not match this action or the project’s current state. A deletion is also refused while a SQL export of the project is being captured, for up to about ten minutes (‘ohmyhost export get’). Then create a new plan and confirm with its confirmation_token and resource_etag before the token expires. If the steps above do not resolve it, report it with the request_id from the error.
