The API, CLI and MCP return data_change_not_applicable with HTTP 409. Repeating the same request unchanged does not help.

What to do

Read ‘ohmyhost project status —project ULID —json’. Isolation applies to shared projects; returning to shared needs a deployed Prod database, and reset_dev applies to isolated projects. If detail names an old database or storage binding, deploy the affected environment again before planning the change. Repeating unchanged does not help. If the steps above do not resolve it, report it with the request_id from the error.
