The API, CLI and MCP return paid_plan_required with HTTP 402. Repeating the same request unchanged does not help.

What to do

Ask the organization Owner to activate Paid through billing checkout, then retry. Top-ups and signup credits do not activate Paid. For a website domain alone, a Free workspace may instead show the powered-by flag on the project. If the steps above do not resolve it, report it with the request_id from the error.
