Use project_context_get for the current project summary, project_status for environments and URLs, and operation_get for the accepted operation. Poll at the interval returned by the operation. A successful build can still be publishing. waiting_for_mail directs the agent to mail_domain_status. A private Dev URL needs a Dev access link before an application check. operation_logs returns available events within a bounded collection window; it is not a wait for completion.
