The API, CLI and MCP return database_write_pending with HTTP 409. Repeating the same request unchanged does not help.

What to do

A database write of this project is still running, so the project cannot be deleted yet. Read latest_operation from ‘ohmyhost project status —project ULID —json’ until it is no longer running; writes are short. Then repeat the deletion, planning it again if its confirmation expired. If the steps above do not resolve it, report it with the request_id from the error.
