The API, CLI and MCP return compute_change_pending with HTTP 409. Repeating the same request unchanged does not help.

What to do

A database size change of this project is still running. Every 60 seconds read latest_operation from ‘ohmyhost project status —project ULID —json’, or ‘ohmyhost operation get OPERATION_ID —json’ for the change you started, until it ends, then repeat this request. Do not submit another size change or a deletion meanwhile. If the steps above do not resolve it, report it with the request_id from the error.
