The API, CLI and MCP return source_commit_not_found with HTTP 409. Repeating the same request unchanged does not help.

What to do

The requested commit is not in the linked repository. Push that exact commit to the repository named by project status, or select a commit already there, then run ‘ohmyhost plan’ with its full SHA. Repeating the unchanged unavailable commit cannot work. If the steps above do not resolve it, report it with the request_id from the error.
