The API, CLI and MCP return data_change_blocked with HTTP 409. Repeating the same request, with the same idempotency key, after a wait can succeed.

What to do

An operation of this project is still running. Wait until ‘ohmyhost operation get OPERATION_ULID —json’ shows it finished, plan the data change again and confirm it with the new ETag and token. If the steps above do not resolve it, report it with the request_id from the error.
