The API, CLI and MCP return github_connection_required with HTTP 409. Repeating the same request unchanged does not help.

This workspace has no GitHub connection yet. Run ‘ohmyhost github connect —organization ULID —idempotency-key KEY —json’ for it, complete its browser link, then repeat the original source link. If the project belongs to another account, use that account’s login instead; error.acting_as in the CLI and MCP names the login this ran as. If the steps above do not resolve it, report it with the request_id from the error.
