The API, CLI and MCP return resource_not_found with HTTP 404. Repeating the same request unchanged does not help.

What to do

Check the resource identifier and the account: a project is visible only to its own organization, and error.acting_as in the CLI and MCP names the login this ran as. Use the login of the account that owns it. If the steps above do not resolve it, report it with the request_id from the error.
