The API, CLI and MCP return compute_paid_required with HTTP 403. Repeating the same request unchanged does not help.

What to do

Database sizes above 256 MiB require active Paid access. Read the account status; keep the existing database until the owner chooses an eligible size or Paid access. If the steps above do not resolve it, report it with the request_id from the error.
