Every project gets a hosting address. For a custom domain or transactional email, ask your agent:
Connect app.example.com and set up email from my sender domain.
Custom domains and managed email require Paid access. We prefer Cloudflare-hosted DNS: your agent can provide an authorization link and apply the required records. Other DNS providers work too; your agent gives you the exact records to add manually. Website routing, HTTPS and email verification have separate statuses. Keep existing mailbox records.
