# Report a bug or request a feature

Use feedback\_submit or ohmyhost feedback submit. Choose bug, issue or feature\_request, describe expected and actual behavior, and include the relevant organization/project and safe operation ID.

A small reproducible example is more useful than raw logs. Do not include credentials, customer records or environment files. Reuse the same request key after an uncertain response.

The returned feedback ID and timestamp confirm submission. They do not promise a fix or a delivery date. Reporting consumes no credits.
